At AsteyaVilla, we want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. However, if you ever feel the need to make a return, no problem! You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to send it back to us. We'll issue a refund in the form of store credit once we receive your item(s), but please note that we can't refund shipping costs as it will be the responsibility of the customer.

To start your return, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll guide you through the process. Remember that we can only accept items that are in their original unworn condition, with no signs of wear or damage, and in the original packaging with any tags attached (if the item arrived with tags).
Before shipping your order, we'll take great care to inspect the products and package them securely to prevent any damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please get in touch with us within two days of delivery so that we can assist you with a resolution.
We understand accidents happen, but unfortunately, we can't accept worn, scratched or damaged pieces. Also, sale, sample sale, custom, and discounted items are final sale, and we can't offer exchanges.
Unfortunately, we're unable to provide price protection for any orders that were placed prior to the beginning of a sale.
